I came in to have Dr Bill place 2 crowns on my teeth. I was very, very nervous, high anxiety and had visions of LOTS of pain. I didn’t know what to expect not having had dental work done for many years. Dr. Bill was very sensitive to my expression of anxiety. He did an excellent job of relieving the “nerves.” He explained what he was doing at every step of the way and made sure I was not in any discomfort. It was all quite painless. I received his full attention and care. I feel very confident in the quality of work done. Carol did an awesome job of assisting and of also removing my anxiety. Great team, great job! I would highly recommend Dr Bill!
